fwplugd - Daemon for hosting local IEC61883-1 isochronous plugs on IEEE-1394
bus (FireWire)
SYNOPSIS
fwplugd
[OPTION]...
DESCRIPTION
fwplugd is a daemon used to host local IEC61883-1 isochronous plugs on IEEE-1394
bus (FireWire). It uses libiec61883 to create and manage the plugs using the ARM (Address Range Mapping) facility of libraw1394.
OPTIONS
- -c card
-
In a system with multiple IEEE-1394 card adapters, you can specify onto which card
adapter you want to run the daemon.
- -d

Turn-on verbose debugging.
- -f
-
Don't fork to the background. In this mode, fwplugd will output
informational message to standard error instead of using syslog.
- -h
-
Display usage and exit.
- -v
-
Output version information and exit.
